(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents not to harass the petitioner, on the ground of medical report procured by some interested persons and referring him time and again for the disease which is non-existent and not to discriminate him for the purpose of ordinary posting in the Unit and grant all necessary facilities which have been withdrawn from him. The instant writ petition has been filed in the year 2018. Since 01.11.2021, the case has been taken up on four occasions but the Counsel for the petitioner has chosen not to appear in the present case. So much so, on 14.07.2022 it was specifically recorded that in case there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the next date of hearing, the petition shall be dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
