The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 03.08.2025 registered in Case Crime No. 0258 of 2025 under sections 103, 84, 238, 316 (2), and 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station New Agra, District Commissionerate Agra. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 0258 of 2025 under sections 103, 84, 238, 316 (2), and 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station New Agra, District Commissionerate Agra." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
