Lucknow to process and decide Revision No.696 of 2020, Janardan and others vs. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil: Sadar, District: Gorakhpur and another pending since 17.03.2020 be decided as early as possible within short span of time." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 is pending before respondent No.2-Board of Revenue U.P. Lucknow since 2020. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2- Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow to decide the aforementioned Revision No.696 of 2020 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
