Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned counsel for the respondents has now placed on record internal communication dated 04.06.2025 along with a tabulation sheet and on that basis submits that all benefit due & admissible to the petitioner, save and except statutory interest on delayed payment, has been released in his favour. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the above position but submits that statutory interest has not been paid by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the statutory interest on account of delayed payment of

retiral benefits shall also be released in favour of the petitioner within six weeks.

Taking note of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition to stand
disposed of with the direction to the respondents to pay the statutory interest to the petitioner within six weeks.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
