The petitioner claims that he has not been considered for first and second ACP on due dates, which fall on 09.11.2010 and 09.11.2020, respectively. Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been considered for grant of ACP; the petitioner has made a representation on 21.06.2025 to the respondent no.3/District Magistrate Haridwar (“the DM”), but till date, no decision has been taken on it. He seeks directions that the DM may be directed to decide it. Learned State Counsel submits that the representation dated 21.06.2025, which is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, will be decided by the DM within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3/the DM to decide the representation dated 21.06.2025, which is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
