[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “(1) Issue Rule, calling upon the respondents and each one of them to show cause as to why a Writ of Certiorari and/or in the nature thereof, shall not be issued, for transmitting the records, lying with them, for rendering substantive and conscionable justice to the petitioner, for according benefit of correct revision of pay and pension of the petitioner; 2) Issue Rule, calling upon the respondents and each one of them to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus and/or in the nature thereof, shall not be issued against the respondents mandating them to accord the benefit of proper revision/fixation of pay & pension of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2006 and arrear in compliance to the direction the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, passed in OA No. 194/2020 & 195/2020 upon the Union of India in view of the fact that the said order has attained finality when the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dismissed the SLP filed against the said order, vide diary No.27053/2024 dated 09.08.2024; 3) Grant of 8.5% interest upon the amount of arrear from the date of entitlement for delay in drawing and disbursing the amount without any cogent ground causing monetary loss to the applicant; 4) Call for the records appertaining to this petition; 5) After hearing the parties, be pleased to make the Rule Absolute in terms of i.. ii., & iii Above: 6) Costs of, and incidental to this proceeding”. [3] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein has approached the respondents seeking certain pay fixation relief interms of the Judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court and other High Court and also filed some Judgments of Central Administrative Tribunal. It is further seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 01.0.2025 addressed to the respondents which is yet to be considered and reasoned order be passed by the concerned respondents in this regard. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the matter of the petitioner in light of the representation dated 01.02.2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 03 (three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
