This is an application for condonation of delay of 70 days in filing the Appeal against the impugned Judgment dated 19-02-2025 and Order of Sentence dated 20.02.2025, passed by the learned Special Judge, (POCSO), West Garo Hills District, Tura in Special POCSO Case No. 40 of 2021, whereby the applicant/appellant has been convicted under Section-6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, sentenced to undergo 20(Twenty) years of rigorous imprisonment, accompanied with a fine. 3. We have perused the application for condonation, and we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out in explaining the delay. 4.
