The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 23.08.2017 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., P.S. Industrial Area Naini, District Prayagraj, whereby maintenance has been awarded against the private opposite party no. 2 and consequential order passed under Section 128 of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
