Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the E-Auction notice dated 22.8.2025 proposing to auction petitioners' vehicle bearing registration number UP91-U-1073 on 25.9.2025. 3. At the outset Sri Himanshu Kumar learned counsel for the respondent bank states that the vehicle has already been auctioned and sale letter has been issued. 4. In view of the above, no interference is warranted in the present petition at this belated stage. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
