Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 2 23/01/2025 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):- 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction against the respondent no. 5 and 6 that the respondent no. 5 and 6 not to restricted the petitioner for opening a institute center of persons villagers and farmers for measurement of the land Chakbandi Naksa, Paimise, Bhumii Hathbandi, naksa and Bhumi Mapan (measurement land). 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favor of the petitioner together with cost of the petition. 2) It is submitted in the petition that work of providing training to villagers and farmers for management of their lands in District-Balrampur- Ramanujganj was granted in favor of petitioner-society. It is also submitted that Addl. Collector, Kabirdham issued memos to Tehsildar, CEO, Janpad Panchayat, SDO(R) and DEO to open such centres but no steps were taken, therefore, petitioner filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents No. 5 and 6 to not restrain petitioner-society from running the training institute. 3) Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has not placed on record any work-order or permission granted by State authority, therefore, this petition is misconceived. 4) Heard. 5) This petition was filed on 22.02.2019 seeking a direction to respondents No. 5 and 6 but petitioner has not placed any work-order on record. It appears that petitioner was granted permission to run training institute for a period of 3 years in the year 2016 and that period came to end in the year 2019. 3 6) Taking into consideration the above-discussed facts and furthermore that there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, no case is made out for interference. 7) Consequently, instant writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
