The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass appropriate order on merits, the respondent has sent a reply dated 18.10.2024 to the petitioner requesting him to upload a petition on-line along with the title deeds to enable the respondent to transfer the electricity connection bearing Electricity Service Connection No.0202101048 to the petitioner's name. However, the petitioner has not till date filed any application on-line. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience.
