Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.95/B, to an extent of 12.63 acres, situated at Eripatti Village, Pollcahi Taluk, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
