The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 21(a), 21(b), 21(c), 22(b), 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur. On 22.12.2024 at about 12:00 noon, the informant party on the basis of confidential information raided the premises of M/s Maa Vaibhav Laxmi Medical, Mango, Jamshedpur. On search, commercial quantities of cough syrups and other drugs were recovered. Attention has been drawn towards, the supervision notes, which has been annexed as annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit showing that the premises belonged to the elder brother of the petitioner. It also appears that the drugs licence is also in the name of the elder brother of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur, in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S.
