Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue writ order, direction in the nature of certiorari and quash the First Information Report Crime no.0338/2025, u/s 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, P.s. Nawabad, District Jhansi dated 8.9.2025 (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition). 2. Issue an writ order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any coercive process against the petitioner in pursuance of Crime no.0338/2025, u/s 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, P.S. Nawabad, District Jhansi dated 8.9.2025." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
