1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate directions to the respondents No.1 to 4 for taking proper and necessary legal action against respondents No.5 to 7 to protect the petitioner from unnecessary, illegal and unlawful harassment and blackmailing at the hands of respondent No.5 under the garb of official capacity of respondent Nos.6 and 7 who are IPS officers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 has filed frivolous complaints against the petitioner which have been found false. He further submits that the dispute between the parties was found to be civil in nature.
