The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a Writ of mandamus, declaring the Letter REV- ESECOLEA/67/2020-DTAH(E5), dated 27-02-2020 of the 5th Respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unfair, unwarranted, unreasonable, unconstitutional and unsustainable and set-aside the same and pass ....”
