Heard Mr. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred for setting a-side the Non Bailable Warrant dated 22.8.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Fatehpur and charge sheet No.13A, dated 15.7.2008 as well as entire proceeding of Special Session Trial No. 957 of 2025 (State of U.P. Vs. Smt. Chandramukhi), arising out of Case Crime No. 35 of 2008, under Sections 314, 201 I.P.C. and Section 3(2) 5 SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station- Chandpur, District- Fatehpur, pending before the court of Learned Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Fatehpur. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the above mentioned case. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellant in accordance with law. 4. Considering the alternative prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellant filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and decided by the court below expeditiously in accordance with law.
