This Court, vide order dated 07.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4907 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Guddu Khan, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Ramanujganj, District- Ramanujganj-Balrampur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 03.02.2025 KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case the trial Court on several hearing dates from August 21, 2024, to February 3, 2025, had recorded the evidence of witnesses namely Rajesh Kumar Soni, Om Prakash Dhillo, and Bhuneshwar Ram. However, some witnesses were absent and at present, the Investigating OfÏcer's cross-examination is pending and two prosecution witnesses have left to be examined. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of four two months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
