Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3109 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 276, 277, 336(1), 338, 340(2), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 47(a), 52(D), 55 of the Jharkhand Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 17.02.2025, at about 01:30 p.m., Chandwa Police, on the basis of confidential information that a Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No. WB11C-3500 was transporting huge quantity of illegal spirit, laid an ambush near the parking yard of the petitioner at NH 39. On seeing the police party, the driver of the lorry entered into the parking yard of this petitioner, parked his lorry there and fled away. 4. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been made the main accused in this case because the driver of the vehicle after seeing the police party has parked the delinquent vehicle in the parking yard of this petitioner. 5. Mr. Abhay Kumar Tiwari, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
