The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the impleadment of Dr. Moirangthem Nirmalkumar Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, NIT, Manipur as respondent no. 4 in WP(C) No. 102 of 2025 on the ground that the said person is a necessary party for deciding the issue in the connected writ petition. 2 Mr. Th. Khagemba, learned counsel submitted that he has been instructed to represent the said proposed respondent no. 4 and that he has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the parties, the present impleadment application is allowed. Registry is directed to implead Dr. Moirangthem Nirmalkumar Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, NIT, Manipur as respondent no. 4 in the cause title of WP(C) No. 102 of 2025.
