In terms of the order dated 25.07.2025, the order impugned by the appellant/petitioner in WP(C) No. 1746/2025 was quashed, leaving the respondent-bank free to pass fresh orders on merits only after affording an adequate opportunity of hearing to the appellant/petitioner, which may include the submission of documents in his possession. 02. Respondent No. 1 is present in person, while as Mr. M. Y. Bhat, learned Senior Counsel representing the respondents, submits that respondent No. 2 is seriously ill. Further, Mr. Bhat, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents, has produced the order dated 20.05.2026, passed pursuant to the order dated 25.07.2025, which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition. A copy of the order dated 20.05.2026 is taken on record. 03. After examining the order dated 20.05.2026, we find that the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by this Court stands complied with.
