The case of the petitioner is that there was due regarding outstanding payment of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.2,35,36,130/- for the service rendered by the petitioner for the period between 31.10.2023 to 31.10.2024 for construction of Girls Hostel for Most Backward Caste and for payment of the outstanding money, the petitioner made a representation on 7.08.2025, however, no order was passed, hence the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that it would suffice for this Court to direct the respondents, more particularly the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.33926 of 2025 4. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents seek time to consider the petitioner's representation. 5. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
