Petitioner was sleeping over his right purportedly accrued in the year 2019 for payment towards leave encashment and now after six years he has approached this Court that his claim be considered and settled. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the concerned respondent to ventilate his grievance which will be taken note of.
