This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3807 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Pitamber Lal Sahu had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G) vide his request letter dated 05.02.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, warrants are being issued to ensure the presence of witnesses. However, the prosecution has been unable to present them. So far, only one witness has been examined by the prosecution. Given the serious nature of the case, the prosecution has been granted further time to present evidence and instructed to ensure the necessary presence of witnesses. During the trial, an application under Section 301 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted by the complainant, which has been disposed off. Additionally, the prosecution filed an application under Section 216 of Cr.P.C on September 17, 2024, which was ordered on October 22, 2024. The defence counsel has filed a review application against this order in the trial Court. Looking the fact and circumstances of case, it does not possible to conclude the trial within a prescribed time, therefore, she prays for grant of further time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
