Prayer in the present petition has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.74 dated 04.10.2024 under Sections 420, 409 & 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Ladhuwal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, Punjab. Further prayer has been made for release of the petitioner on ad-interim bail. 2. Learned State counsel has submitted that on enquiry, the petitioner has been found innocent in the enquiry carried out. 3. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the parties will have their rights to pursue their remedies, in case any further cause of action accrues.
