This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the authorities to remove the alleged illegal encroachment made by respondent no.15 over Arazi No. 446 which is recorded as public nali/trench in revenue records. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner is having personal dispute with respondent no.15 pertaining to the land owned by him, which is adjacent to the land of respondent no.15 qua which allegations of encroachment over petitioner's land have been made. 3. Counsel for the respondents-State points out that two more petitions being Civil Misc. Writ Petition Nos. 34164 of 2025 and 34639 of 2025 filed by the petitioner with identical respondents and seeking relief qua the petrol pump in question, have been filed and are pending before this Court. 4. The very fact that petitioner is in litigation against respondent no.15, filing of the present petition in the nature of PIL essentially is mala fide and cannot be countenanced. The petitioner has also not disclosed the filing of the two petitions against respondent no. 15, which also is reflective of the said mala fides.
