The present appeal has been filed by the State of U.P., against the judgement and order dated 19.01.1996 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistate-12, Meerut in Case No.3392 of 1994, under Sections 354, 342, 323, 218, 220, 392 I.P.C., P.S.- Dehligate, District Meerut. 4. The appeal, insofar as the accused-respondent no. 2 Head Constable Jagveer Singh is concerned, already stands abated vide order dated 26.09.2022 of this Court. Further, as per Office report dated 27.11.2024, the report of C.J.M. Meerut has been received which states that the accused-respondent no. 1 Yogendra Dutt Sharma died on 02.10.2000 and the accused-respondent no. 3 Constable Shiv Dutt Sharma died around 4-5 years ago, as per C.J.M., Meerut report dated 23.08.2024. Thus, none of the respondents are alive. 5. The trial court records have been received. 6. Accordingly, the appeal thus stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks.
