Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and on instructions from Mr. Chetan Sharma, Legal Assistant, present in Court, submits that the delay in compliance of the aforesaid order has occurred only on account of various departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner, as data was to be collected from various offices.
