The present writ application has been filed for a Patna High Court CWJC No.5676 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 direction to the respondents to remove encroachment on the land in question as described in Paragraph 3 of this writ application and further direction to the respondents for demarcation of the aforesaid piece of land. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the present writ application, there is private dispute between petitioners and the private respondent nos. 6 to 13 and the same has been brought in the writ jurisdiction whereas there is special provision in the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act to resolution of such disputes. 4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the present writ application, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to approach DCLR for redressal of their grievances. If the petitioners file a petition before the DCLR, the same shall be disposed expeditiously in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 5.
