Respondent(s) Through: Mr. P.D. Singh, Dy. AG. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MA CHOWDHARY , JUDGE ORDER 15.12.2025 Bail App No. 110/2025. 01. Petitioner, through the medium of present bail application, seeks grant of anticipatory bail in his favour in a case registered vide FIR No. 0535/2023 on 24.12.2023 at Police Station Nagrota, Jammu, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 452 , 382, 323, 342, 147, 504 and 506 IPC. The petitioner was admitted to interim bail by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 subject to objections from the other side. 02. Pursuant to notice and despite several opportunities, the respondent failed to file objections to the Bail Application, as such, matter is taken up for consideration. 03. Mr. P.D Singh, learned Dy. AG has produced a status report in the Court, wherein it is stated that petitioner has not been cooperating with the investigating agency even after being admitted to bail by this Court. He further submits that, having regard to the serious offences alleged against the 04 2 Bail App No. 110/2025 c/w CRM(M) No. 350/2025 petitioner, the present application deserves rejection so as to enable finalization of the investigation. 04. Since the case was registered in the year 2023 and by now the investigation may have been completed, and considering that the petitioner was already admitted to interim bail, having regard to the nature of offences, the present Bail Application is allowed and the interim order dated 30.04.2025 is made absolute, subject to the conditions therein. 05. The petitioner shall, however, cooperate with the investigating agency for finalization of the investigation of the case. 06. Bail application is, accordingly, disposed of as ‘allowed’.
