Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4.99 cents in survey No.277/1 at Godugunuru Village, Badvel mandal, Kadapa District was in occupation of the petitioner’s father and other family members. Upon the application submitted by the petitioner, the revenue authorities entered the petitioner’s name in the revenue records. Thereafter, 3 without issuing any notice, the respondents replaced the name of the s'*" respondent in revenue records in the place of the petitioner. The petitioner made a representation on 20.02.2025 seeking to restore the petitioner’s name in the revenue records. Instead of restoring the petitioner’s name in the revenue records, the respondents threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Hence, the present Writ Petition. are 4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 09.03.2025, wherein it is stated as follows: "Further submitted that the District Collector, YSR District was forwarded a representation to the Tahsildar, Badvel Mandal vide File No: REV-DSECOROR(MT)/ 31/2025-JA-D2-ASST-DSEC-KDPCO dated 20.02.2025 one Sri Bheeram Samba Siva Reddy, S/o.Vengala Reddy, Badvel town and Mandal has stating that he is having land in Sy.No.277/1 extent Ac.04.99 cents of Godugunuru Village, Badvel Mandal. But recently Sri Malta Reddy and his son have created fraud PPB and got entered their names in online and he requested to delete the said names in online and to enter his online for the said land in his favour. It is further submitted that as per the local enquiry and as per the reports of the Village Surveyor and Village Revenue Officer (i/c) of Gudugunuru Revenue Village of BAdvel Mandal it revealed that one Pokala Malta Reddy, S/o.Rami Reddy has sold out the assigned land name in 4 6t^ in favour of Beeram Samba Siva Reddy, S/o.Vengala Reddy through unregistered agreement dated 20.06.2012 and thus attracted the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007. Further it is also revealed that one Vankela Chinna Poll Reddy (v\/ho is brother of Vankela Pedda Poll Reddy (writ petitioner) entered into the said land recently without any valid right over the subject land.” 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
