The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 19.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 301 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 87, 115(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Shahpur, District-Gorakhpur. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
