Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in terms of the Order dated 12.06.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1388/2023, the respondent No. 2 has fixed 25.04.2025 for hearing. He also prays that the petitioner may be permitted to take additional grounds for redressal of his grievances by filling a fresh representation on or before 25.04.2025. Mr. P. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, AFDC has no objections. The petitioner is permitted to file an additional representation taking additional grounds for redressal of his grievances on or before 24.04.2025. The respondent No. 2 shall thereafter, consider the grievances of the writ petitioner by also taking into consideration the fresh representation to be filed by the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondent No. 2 shall hear the petitioner in person on 25.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) weeks.
