The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of complaint case No. 116 of 2021 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 13.10.2023, whereby learned magistrate took cognizance under Sections 392, 452, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Kalpi, District Jalaun, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (D.A.A.) Jalaun at Orai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/Anticipatory Bail Application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
