Case No. 449 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2847 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 310(4) and 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-b) a/ 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 16.10.2024, Ranchi Sadar (Mesra O.P.) Police on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals have assembled at a place near Vikash Bazar and were making preparation for committing an offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that a loaded country made pistol along with three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar (Mesra) P.S.
