Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in non-payment of compensation as per the Award proceedings No.G5/6972/15, dated 05-08-2016, against the Serial No.44, 45, 48, 54, 55, belongs to the petitioner together with interest @ 15percent p.a., from the date of possession till its realisation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner as per the Award proceedings No.G5/6972/15, dated 05-08-2016, against the Serial No.44, 45, 48, 54, 55, belongs to the petitioner together with interest @ 15percent p.a., from the date of possession till its realisation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20-06-2022, pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass such other Counsel for the Petitioner:
