None appears on behalf of the petitioners even in the revised call nor any request for adjournment has been made on behalf of petitioner's counsel whereas learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from this Court apprehending threat to their life as they have performed their marriage against the wishes of their parents. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the instant petition filed by the petitioners seeking protection to their lives is premature because the petitioner no.1 is minor, and he is not of marriageable age, hence cannot provoke the writ jurisdiction. 4. In such circumstances, this Court finds substance in the arguments of learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, therefore, no indulgence is granted to the petitioners, at this stage. 5.
