Minz, learned J.M.F.C., Chatra. 3. On 28.01.2025, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons looted the informant near Huwang More. The accused persons looted five thousand rupees and his mobile phone. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. 5.
