Petitioner's application for release of his admitted contractual dues was directed to be considered, pursuant to orders passed by this Court on 16.1.2024 in Writ Petition No.43353 of 2023. Such claim of the petitioner has been examined. Part of the payment has been released to the petitioner and the remaining claim of the petitioner has not been accepted for various reasons. To the extent such claim is not accepted the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent civil court for necessary relief. Challenge to the order impugned in writ would not be the appropriate remedy. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy in terms of the above observation, this petition is consigned to records.
