This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner application dated 22.07.2025 under para No. 460(1) U.P. Revenue Court Manual which is pending in the office of respondent No.2 for disposal till date in pursuance of order dated 21.04.2023 passed by Upper Ayukt Judicial Mandal Kanpur in Suit No. 1791 of 2020 (Staya Narayan Vs. Land Management Committee) under Section 207 U.P. Revenue Code-2006." 2. According to the pleadings of the writ petition, it transpires that an application dated 22.07.2025 filed under para 460(1) of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Assistant Collector/ Tehsildar, Tehsil and District Auraiya to decide the application dated 22.07.2025 filed under para 460(1) of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
