Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. to direct the learned Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Basgaon, District Gorakhpur to decide the Original Suit No 837 of 2020 (Ramashankar and others Vs Ganga Singh and others) pending before him within some stipulated date fixed period." 3. The petitioners have approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matters under Article 227 No. 2843 of 2023, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2023. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
