Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 27.08.2025 lodged as Case Crime No.0088 of 2025 U/s 308(7), 351(2), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Nazeerabad, District- Central Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
