1. Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Abhay Kumar Tiwari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla in Bail Petition No. 137 of 2025 arising out of Gumla P.S. Case No. 352 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that a firing was made by some miscreants at the police party, and three persons were apprehended which also included the appellant. It appears that from the possession of appellant two live cartridges were recovered.
4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
5. Regard being had to the entire facts of the case, we while setting aside the orders dated 25.02.2025 passed in B.P. No. 137 of 2025 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla, direct that the appellant above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
