In terms of order dated 27.12.2025, a Coordinate Bench in which one of us (Justice Sanjay Parihar), was member, passed following interim order:- “In the meanwhile, subject to deposit of 50% of the amount due as on date within a period of four weeks, there shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned notice. It is, however, made clear that in case the petitioner shall not deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the respondents shall be free to proceed against the secured assets of the petitioner in accordance with law.” 2. Mr. Shafqat Nazir learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not deposited the aforesaid amount as directed by the Court. 3. On the previous date of hearing, none was present on behalf of the petitioner and same is the position today as well. 4. Dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
