Issue a wit order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 (Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Prayagraj Division Prayagraj) to decide the restoration Application no. 1425/2024 Computerized Case No. C 202402000001425 (Rajat Kumar & anothers versus Smt. Savitri Devi & anothers), Case No. 1513/2019, Computerized no. C 201902000001513, U/S 219 U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, pending before respondent no.1, otherwise the petitioner shall be suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in revision filed under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.1- Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the Restoration Application No.1425 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. C-202402000001425), after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
