By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to transfer the petitioner from District Kushinagar to nearest District from the house of petitioner in District Kanpur Nagar, Agra and Kannauj as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.04.2025 moved by the petitioner and pending before them within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinay Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Vansh Gopal Sharma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 15.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
