Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to declare the second proviso to Sections 41,51 & 67 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as unconstitutional as well as for setting aside the orders dated 15.07.2022 (Annexure P/3), 06.09.2022 (Annexure P/6), 22.02.2023 (Annexrue P/10 and 25.07.2024 (Annexure P/12) impugned in the present writ petition. 2.
