The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1) direct the F.T.C. (J.D.) Room No.I, Varanasi to decide the case No. 486 of 2018 (Kripa Shankar Tiwari Vs. Shyam Chandra Tiwari and others) pending before F.T.C. (J.D.) Room No.I, Varanasi since 4.4.2018 forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court (Vide Annexure No.1 to this petition)." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned case is pending before F.T.C. (J.D.) Room No.I, Varanasi for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the F.T.C. (J.D.) Room No.I, Varanasi to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vivek Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : Basant Lal Tiwari .....Petitioner(s) Kripa Shankar Tiwari And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
