Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there civil cases pending before the competent Civil Court and that respondent Police are interfering with the civil disputes pending between them and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint given by respondent No.4 herein, a case in Crime No.232 of 2018 of Vizianagaram (R) Police statin, Vizianagaram District, was registered against the Petitioner and respondent No.5 herein. 3 Investigation is under progress and would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the parties except following due process of law.
