Roshan Kumar Hazi Bashir Ahmad and others; (1976) 1 Supreme Court Cases 671 as well as this Court in the matters of Lakkhi Sonkar Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others (Neutral Citation No. - 2023: AHC: 180417), Dharam Raj Vs. State of U.P. and others; 2010 (2) AWC 1878, Sriram Prasad and another Vs. State of U.P. and others; 2016 (6) ADJ 122 and Ameen Khan Vs. State of U.P. 2008(2) AWC 2002, writ petition is not maintainable and dismissed. 5. No order as to costs.
